CNA Application Steps
- Fill out the Texas CNA Course Application Form with accurate personal information.
- Wait for your approval email or text message (within 2 business days).
- Once approved, proceed to Pay Tuition using the student’s own name and email address.
- After payment, you’ll gain access to the school’s introductory lectures.
- Our team will assist you with background check, vaccination record, and clinical schedule confirmation.
Note: A high school diploma is not required. However, a vaccination record (TB, MMR, DTP, Hepatitis B) is required before clinical enrollment.
NHA Certificate Courses
The following programs are nationally accredited and certified by the National Healthcareer Association (NHA). Students can study online and take the national exam in any state.
Provides hands-on training in injections, EKG, and patient care skills.
Learn advanced patient care, phlebotomy, and EKG for hospital settings.
Focus on venipuncture and specimen collection for lab testing.
Covers EKG recording, heart rhythm interpretation, and cardiac safety.
Train for front office duties, scheduling, and HIPAA compliance.
Learn prescription processing and medication safety in retail or hospital pharmacies.

- Students who are low-income or unemployed may qualify for TWC tuition reimbursement.
- International and out-of-state students can complete the course online and take the certification exam in their own state.
- If your high school diploma is not from the U.S. and not in English, provide a certified English translation approved for legal/governmental use.
