NHA Certificate Programs
NHA programs are designed to prepare students for official certification through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA). Enrollment is finalized only after both the registration fee payment and the application submission are completed.
Enrollment Steps
- Submit the application and required documents.
- Pay the registration fee ($50).
- Pay tuition.
- Create your NHA Candidate account and link it to your course account.
- Complete online lectures and attend lab/skills sessions.
- Take the official NHA certification exam.
Required Documents
- Valid photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma / GED)
- CPR/BLS certification (may be obtained during the program; required before completion)
Important: Your seat is confirmed only after both the registration fee payment and application submission are completed. Missing documents may delay class assignment or eligibility for the NHA exam.
Texas CNA Program
The CNA program is a state-approved program operated under Texas Health & Human Services (THHS) standards. Enrollment is finalized only after both the registration fee payment and the application submission are completed.
Enrollment Steps
- Submit the application and required documents.
- Pay the registration fee ($50).
- After document review, a background check will be initiated.
- Once the background check is cleared, proceed with tuition payment.
- Receive class schedule and orientation information.
- Complete theory classes, skills lab, and clinical training.
- Take the Texas CNA state exam.
Required Documents
- Valid photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma / GED)
- If no diploma is available, a short in-house English assessment may be required
- Vaccination records (MMR, Hep B, Tdap, TB) — required before clinical start
Important: Missing documents may delay course placement, clinical scheduling, or eligibility to sit for the Texas CNA exam.
