Tuition & 3-Payment Plan

DMS Care Training offers flexible 3-payment plans to make tuition affordable. A 10% tuition increase (rounded up to the nearest $10) applies when using the payment plan. A non-refundable $150 registration fee is paid separately at enrollment.

Payment Schedule

  • Payment 1: Due at the start of class
  • Payment 2: Due by Friday of Week 3 or Week 6 (depending on program length)
  • Payment 3: Due by the final week listed below

How to Pay

Payments can be made through our school website, or by Cash, Card, PayPal, Zelle (admin@dmscaretraining.com), or Check. When paying online, enter “plan” in the Coupon Code box to activate the installment schedule.

Note: Tuition must be paid in full before the student can take the certification exam.

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

  • Base Tuition: $1,700 → Plan Total: $1,880
  • Payment 1: $630 – at class start
  • Payment 2: $630 – Week 3 (Friday)
  • Payment 3: $620 – Week 4 (Friday)

Phlebotomy Technician (CPT)

  • Base Tuition: $1,780 → Plan Total: $1,960
  • Payment 1: $655 – at class start
  • Payment 2: $655 – Week 3 (Friday)
  • Payment 3: $650 – 4th week of 2nd month (Friday)

EKG Technician (CET)

  • Base Tuition: $1,220 → Plan Total: $1,350
  • Payment 1: $450 – at class start
  • Payment 2: $450 – Week 3 (Friday)
  • Payment 3: $450 – Week 6 (Friday)

Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA)

  • Base Tuition: $2,120 → Plan Total: $2,340

Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)

Patient Care Technician (PCT)
